The only instance an item is automatically valid for an exchange is when a wrong item or color was sent out by the packing team.

All our items are carefully checked for defects and compliance to our publicly displayed size chart.
With us, you ALWAYS get value for money spent.
ITEMS ON SALES
ALL transactions of items on sales are final.
We operate a NO REFUNDS policy.
A STORE VOUCHER will be issued, should the very rare case of a refund due to a customer arises.
The fastest and most accurate medium to place your order is either on the website or mobile app, as these give you a real time update on stock, color and size availability.
However, if you choose to place your order via WhatsApp, should the item(s) you are discussing sell out before or after payment, we would not be held responsible.
Priority is given to mobile app and website shoppers.
TIMELINE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Kindly notify us of any issues with your order immediately you receive it, once your complain meets the prerequisites for an exchange/return mentioned above, we would normally arrange a pick up the same/next working day. For customers outside Lagos, within 48hrs.
